Dr. Urbino is a member of the medical staff at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where he performs dental and oral surgery for persons with special needs under anesthesia. He is also involved in the oral-dental care for patients with Head & Neck Cancers.

Dr. Urbino is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University-College of Dental Medicine, Institute for Special Needs Dentistry. He is also a Courtesy Professor at the University of Florida – College of Dentistry
